Here at Mills Meat and Grocery, great pride is taken in producing the highest quality beef, raised ethically, by providing the best quality feed and care. We do not use antibiotics or hormones on our animals. We also raise them in open fields where they can eat clean, enjoy the sunshine and nature and live without stress which makes for a happier. healthier, cleaner animals.

IT STARTS WITH THE PEOPLE
Zach King, the owner of Mills Meat and Grocery since 2016, is a seventh-generation farmer at his family farm, King Farm Homestead, which was established in 1829. The King Farm is a functioning dairy and beef farm that supplies Hereford beef to Mill's.
Zach has set out in life to ensure that the community he lives in, Michiana, has access to safe, clean and delicious food.

Here at Mill's Meat & Grocery, we care about our animals. We take the time to ensure that they are properly fed (and have the right diet) and that they get the exercise and weather they need. We also refuse to use antibiotics or hormones in our animals. Finally, we ensure they are treated humanely... because that's the right thing to do.
What does all of that mean to you? It means when you get meat from Mill's... it's tender, healthier, and much better tasting.
